The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to the learned Executing Court to expedite the disposal of the application being MACM-85-2025 (Annexure P-1) in a time-bound manner.

In view of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case titled as Periyammal (dead) through LRs & Ors. V/s V. Rajamani & Anr. [2025 (1) PLR 468 = 2025 SCC Online (SC) 507] that all the execution petitions are to be decided within a period of six months without fail otherwise the concerned Presiding Officer would be answerable to this Court, no further direction is required to be passed. This Court is sanguine that the Executing Court would decide the application in accordance with law and in compliance with the direction in the case of Periyammal (supra). Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
