This is a petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 21.07.2025 passed in CWP-14753-2025. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Ms. Dilawar Kaur, District Development and Panchayat Officer, Ludhiana has been filed in Court today wherein it has been stated that inquiry has been concluded and the inquiry report dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure R-1/T) has been appended with the compliance report. The same is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
