CRM-M-66290-2025 The instant petition has been filed challenging order dated 22.05.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sangrur whereby the petitioner had been summoned in complaint case bearing No.NACT-902022 along with all consequential proceedings, including order dated 03.11.2025 whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person.   his prayer to the said extent so as to approach the Court of Sessions, at the first instance, by way of preferring a revision against the said order. While adverting to the issue of the orders passed from the date of summoning till the order declaring the petitioner as a proclaimed person, counsel for the petitioners contends that certain orders to complete the chain of events are missing, hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition to the aforesaid extent and to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, if so advised.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
