(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.150 dated 29.05.2024 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 (Section 120-B and 204 were added later on) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Ding, District Sirsa. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
