Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, for directing the official respondents to release the salary of the petitioner for the month of February and March 2025 (before suspension) and subsistence allowance from the month of April 2025 (after suspension) alongwith appropriate interest of the petitioner in compliance of the letter dated 20.08.2025 issued by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Dabwali

In compliance thereof, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that all pending dues regarding the salary for the months of February and March 2025 and subsistence allowance from April, 2025 onwards shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is being disposed of. The respondents are directed to release the benefits to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
