Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of the FIR No.09 dated 02.02.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 506, 34, 201 of IPC, Police Station Kheri Gandian, Tehsil Rajpura, District Patiala, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 30.07.2025 (P-2), effected between the parties.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, despite the case being called twice.

Seemingly, the petitioners are not interested to pursue with the present petition. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
