At this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act has since been withdrawn by the respondent, from the trial Court vide order dated 31.01.2026, he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the said order has been placed on record.
