The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 111 dated 10.11.2025 under Sections 333, 74, 140(3) and 304 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Tariskka, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, Mr. Jitender Singh Dadwal, Advocate has put in appearance and filed his Memorandum of appearance on behalf of the complainant in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exception.

After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition and submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial PARUL 2025.12.02 11:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

In light of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned trial Court within 10 days from today and in case, he applies for the grant of regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously, preferably within 10 working days, in accordance with law and on its own merits.
