Learned State counsel states that the complaint submitted by the petitioner was thoroughly enquired into by SHO, Police Station Beri and during investigation, even CCTV footage was taken and statements also recorded, whereupon it was found that no action was required to be taken and there are 3 cases pending against the petitioner as well. 2.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail of any alternate remedy in accordance with law.
