(Oral) Seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 03.10.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Judge, Special Court, Rupnagar, whereby, bail granted to the petitioner in FIR bearing No.98 dated 22.07.2023, under Sections 21(1) and 4(1) of the Mines And Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957, vide order dated 29.01.2024, has been cancelled and non bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner, the instant petition has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 08.12.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has surrendered RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2026.04.23 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-68872-2025 (O&M) -2before the trial Court and has been released on bail. Learned State counsel, on instruction from assisting police official, corroborates the aforesaid averment. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 08.12.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the trial Court.
