AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Petitioners, who are accused in case FIR No.202 dated 16.07.2025 registered against them, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 115,127(2),140(3),190,190(2),304,351(3) of BNS at Police Station Adampur, District Hisar, have filed the instant petition, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
