(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.251 dated 15.11.2023 under Sections 452, 323, 506, 427, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 325 of IPC added later on Rapt/GD No.49 dated 30.11.2023) registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.11.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 28.11.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

CRM-M-66554-2025 -2In this view of the matter, interim order dated 28.11.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
