Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner was directed to clarify as to how these documents are necessary for disposal of revision preferred against impugned order dated 01.10.2025. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner stated that he does not press this application and withdraws the same. In view of the aforesaid statement, instant application stands dismissed as withdrawn being not pressed.
Main case.

Petitioner has filed this revision against impugned order dated 01.10.2025 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana vide which evidence of petitioner Jasraj Kaur was closed by order and the case was fixed for respondent's evidence. 2.
Learned counsel representing petitioner stated that in the main case before trial Court, petitioner had availed about 10 opportunities to lead evidence and till date only examination-in-chief of petitioner and her father has been recorded. It is pointed out that matter remained pending for reconciliation before Mediation Centre. Order passed by trial Court granting interim maintenance was also challenged and interim maintenance was reduced from Rs.20,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month by this Court in CRR (F)-953-2025 vide order dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-7). In case petitioner is not granted opportunity to conclude evidence, case filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is bound to fail. Therefore, reasonable opportunity be granted to the petitioner to conclude her evidence.
