This is a Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking urgent interim protection by restraining respondent no.1 from allowing withdrawal or transfer of funds from fixed deposits, standing in the name of Late Shri Brijinder Kumar Khosla. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since civil suit is pending, he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to raise all pleas which are available to the petitioner in the said suit. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
