This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in CWP-4107-2022. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the order dated 20.01.2026 granting approval subject to the condition that the petitioner would deposit the NPS share in the State Treasury. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the order dated 20.01.2026, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present contempt petition. 4.
