M/s Grace Toyota, Cosmic Motors India Pvt. Ltd., for deciding the execution petition in a time-bound manner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the paper book.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with, as the same would only delay the proceedings and entail unnecessary expenses. 5.

Considering the averments made in the petition and considering the fact that execution petition is pending since the year 2023, the present revision petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. The learned Executing Court, Gurugram, is directed to decide the execution petition as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
