This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed in CWP-18643-2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 20.05.2025 has since been complied with and, hence, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view thereof, the present contempt petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
