The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.110 dated 14.08.2025 registered under Sections 118(1), 193(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 (Section 118(2) of BNS, 2023 added later on vide GD No.26 dated 15.08.2025) at Police Station Vairoke, District Fazilka. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mahinder Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation. 3.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 01.12.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
