Petitioner - Ujagar Singh, aged 73 years, has filed the present u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, challenging the order dated 31.05.2024 (P-2), passed by learned Special Court, SAS Nagar (Mohali), whereby, he being the owner of car bearing registration No. CH01-AV-1682, has been asked to produce the same before the Court below on 18.10.2025, for confiscation proceedings.

Without arguing much on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as taken in the instant petition, before the Court below during the confiscation proceedings. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
