The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 23.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-28561-2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation has preferred a Letters Patent Appeal against the order dated 23.09.2025 passed in CWP-28561-2025 by filing LPA-31372025, whereby the operation of the impugned judgment dated 23.09.2025 has been stayed.
