Also, it is pointed out that the speaking order has been passed by the court, thereby deciding the representation in consonance with the order dated 01.07.2025, passed by the Coordinate Bench in CWP-171852025. Copy of the same, has been received by the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the speaking order, so passed, at this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the contempt petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to assail the speaking order, if need so arises.
