 Petitioner Reeta has filed instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.63 dated 15.04.2025 under Sections 64, 137 (2), 87, 143, 351 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 registered at Police Station Mataur, Mohali (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel representing petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as during the pendency of present anticipatory bail petition, she has been declared proclaimed person and accordingly withdraws the same.
