The present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0715 dated 02.11.2025 (wrongly mentioned as 02.11.2022 in the impugned order), under Sections 89, 69, 351(3), 115 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat. 2.

Vide order dated 17.02.2026, a Coordinate Bench of this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Santosh Kumari., submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 17.02.2026 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 482 BNSS.

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 6.

It is made clear that, in case, the petitioner is found involved in any such activity once again, the present concession granted shall automatically stand vacated.

However, it is made clear that this order shall not be construed as parity qua any other co-accused.
