Learned State counsel refers to para 8 to 11 of the reply filed by way of affidavit of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, dated 10.12.2025, read thus:- "8. That during the investigation, accused Pooja Sohal. Shelli, Sweta and Kamaljit was joined into the investigation and after perusing the statement of witnesses and other relevant documents on record, they were found to be innocent and they were exonerated accordingly.

9. That it is relevant to mention here that during the course of investigation, the husband of the present petitioner namely Sanam Sohal has only got recovered the gold ring (given at the time of the marriage) and despite this, no articles/documents were recovered by the husband of the present petitioner. Although, during the course of interrogation, he has categorically stated that he does not possess any documents of the petitioner as all the documents has already been taken by the petitioner while leaving the company of her husband.

That after completion of investigation, challan/final report under section 193 of BNSS was prepared and submitted under sections 115, 316(2), 351(2), 85 of BNS, 2023 on dated 24.11.2025 against the accused namely Sanam Sohal before the Ld. Trial Court. That now there is only one accused in present case.

11. That charges have not been framed yet. That as per the challan, total 09 PW's have been cited. That now the case is fixed for 06.02.2026 for the purpose of appearance."

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed, however, the petitioner may submit a representation with regard to protection of life and liberty, as has not been appended to the present petition and on receipt ASHOK KUMAR 2026.03.25 19:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
