By way of this common order, both the above-mentioned petitions are being decided together as they arise out of the same FIR and common allegations. 2.

Both the above mentioned petitioners namely-(i) Mahabir Singh(in CRM-M-67203-2025) and (ii) Harpal Singh @ Bhalu (in CRM-M-11446-2026) have filed instant bail petitions under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section

439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioners, during the pendency of trial, who have been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed hereunder:- FIR No.

As per status report, there is huge recovery of 15 Kg 400 grams of Heroin from Prabhjeet Singh @ Prabh. As per investigation, CDR analysis of phone of the petitioner-Mahabir Singh bearing No. 8437732073 revealed that there were total 12 calls exchanged with Harpal Singh on his mobile phone and another co-accused Balwinder Singh @ Billa, while he was inside jail, showing connection of them with petitioner-Mahabir Singh. Learned State counsel has filed status report alongwith details and location to establish that accused Balwinder Singh @ Billa, while being inside jail was in regular contact with one Robin Chacha (Pakistani smuggler), who as per the location, was found in the area of Lahore/Pakistan. 4.

Considering the circumstances in totality and the kind of allegation that the petitioner(s) alongwith other co-accused used to pick up the parcels, coming from across the border on instructions from the jail inmates having connection in Pakistan and also the fact that in the present case there is huge recovery 15 Kg 400 grams of Heroin, I do not found any substance in the plea of bail qua the petitioner(s), who have been made accused on the basis of disclosure

statement of another co-accused.

Both the petitions stand dismissed.

Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 6.
