CRM-M-66620-2025 -2Counsel representing petitioner confirmed that no application has been filed for the restoration of said anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner Kufetulla. It is appropriate for petitioner to approach sessions Court for grant of anticipatory bail in the aforesaid FIR at the first instance rather filing anticipatory bail petition directly in the High Court. He has the remedy to seek restoration of anticipatory bail application which was dismissed in default for non-prosecution.

With this observation, present anticipatory bail petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach Sessions Court concerned seeking appropriate relief, as per law.
