Present third petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.159, dated 23.07.2022, under Sections 22/25/29/61/85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Patiala. 2.

Custody certificate of the petitioner dated 03.12.2025 has been filed by learned State counsel today in the Court, which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is behind bars since 23.07.2022.
