This is a petition under Sections 10 and 11 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 29.08.2024 passed in CWP-22024-2023. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Deepak Ghanghas, Estate Officer, HSVP, Rewari has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order (Annexure R-1) has also been appended. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the speaking order, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

Needless to say, the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail her remedies as available in law.
