The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-27907-2025.

Learned counsel for respondents contends that respondents preferred LPA-3424-2025 against the order dated 29.09.2025, wherein the order dated 29.09.2025 has been stayed.

In view of the same, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy in accordance with law. 5.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
