After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that only an interim order has been passed by the learned Single Judge in the COCP-4956-2025 titled as 'Ranjit Kaur versus Sachin Sharma' and the next date fixed before the learned Single Judge is 12.12.2025, which is only seven days away from today, hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge for the redressal of his grievance. 2.
