(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.17 dated 27.03.2025 registered under Sections 22, 27-A and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station GRPF, District Faridkot. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
