Learned counsel submits that the appellants were granted regular bail on 10.01.2025, thereafter, the challan was presented, however subsequently, Sections 3(1)R, 3(1)S, 3(2) VA of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 18(B) & (D) of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 have been added later on, in view of which, "55 &""&"5   appellants" 2"   MOHIT 2025.11.29 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
