Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.68 dated 21.5.2025 under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Sections 27 and 29 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station City Samana, District Patiala.
