Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.01.2026 by filing an appeal and has further submitted that the petitioner be also permitted to challenge the impugned order in the present case along with the said appeal. 3.
