(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.199 dated 06.11.2025 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate Amritsar, District Amritsar.

After arguing the matter at some length and on being confronted with the fact that multiple FIRs of similar nature, involving analogous allegations, have been filed against the petitioner and his son, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
