The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.05.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-8311-2018, whereby on the statement made by learned counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, that demolition notices were issued and demolition of the unauthorized construction would be carried out on 07.06.2024, the writ petition was disposed of as infructuous and liberty was granted to the petitioner to pursue its remedy in case any further cause of action accrues.

COCP-5852-2025 (O&M) -2of Dhirendra Khadgata, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Faridabad, along with Annexures R-1 to R-5, has been filed on behalf of the respondent No.2 in Court. The same is taken on record. 3.

A perusal of paragraph No.2 of the same shows that unauthorized construction could not be demolished due to restrained order passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Faridabad. Respondent has also placed on record Annexures R-1 to R-5 to show his inability to comply with the order dated 24.05.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-8311-2018. 4.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
