Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the payment of difference of wages of the petitioners as per the details mentioned in legal notice dated 08.10.2025 (Annexure P-7) from the date of reduction of their wages till the same was restored with interest @ 6% per annum. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the legal notice dated 08.10.2025 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioners is decided by respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.

CWP-35919-2025 they have no objection, in case a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 for time-bound consideration and decision of the legal notice dated 08.10.2025 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioners by passing a speaking order.

Therefore, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the legal notice dated 08.10.2025 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioners and pass a speaking order in terms of the judgments dated 08.02.2024 passed in CWP No.2244 of 2017 titled as Saurabh Kaushik and others vs DHBVN, Hisar andothers, (Annexure P-4), dated 18.01.2025 passed in CWP No.1232 of 2025 titled as Prikshit and others vs State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-5) and dated 09.07.2025 passed in CWP No.18639 of 2025 titled as Hari Kishan and others vs State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-6) respectively, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioners. Needless to say, if the petitioners are found entitled to the relief sought, the same shall be granted forthwith by respondent No.2. 5.

Disposed of, accordingly.
