Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.167, dated 03.10.2025, under Sections 21(c), 25, 29, 61 of NDPS Act and section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Dugri, District Ludhiana.

As per the allegations on 03.10.2025, a secret information was received by the police that petitioner - Ashish alias Panda, Sahil @ Wansh and Krish are haibtual of selling and supplying the heroin. On the basis of the said information, raid was conducted and one motorcycle H.F. Delux of black-blue without number, one pistol of 9 mm made in Austrialia, 03 live cartridges along with 785 grams of heroin was recovered from the accused persons.

Without arguing much on merits, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of, as having been withdrawn, at this stage.
