The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 11.07.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Phillaur, District Jalandhar, whereby the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC has been dismissed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned trial Court, in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 4.

All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
