The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.05.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-13470-2024, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners and pass a speaking order. 2.
In compliance of the order dated 30.05.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-13470-2024, short reply by way of affidavit dated 10.02.2026 of Sher Singh, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kurukshetra, along with letter dated 08.07.2024 (Annexure R-1) and order dated 03.02.2026 (Annexure R-2), has been filed on behalf of respondents before the Registry. The same is taken on record.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 03.02.2026 (Annexure R-2).
