Present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court, vide order dated 18.03.2025 (Annexure P-3), in case, FIR No.199 dated 23.07.2023, under Sections 420, 406 of IPC and 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, registered at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedies in regard to the issue raised through the present petition. 3.
