Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of a direction to official respondents to conduct proper and fair investigation in case bearing FIR No.04 dated 06.02.2025 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite the fact that FIR was registered on 06.02.2025, the investigation has not been concluded so far.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SHO Pushpinder Singh, contends that investigation in the matter is complete and the final report shall be filed within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
In view of the aforesaid specific stand taken by the learned State counsel, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
