As per allegations, from the possession of the petitioner - Sumit Sapra @ Kaka, 800 intoxicant tablets were recovered on 25.08.2022, and thereupon, in the absence of any FSL report, vide order dated 10.11.2022 (Annexure P-2), petitioner was granted interim bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that after receipt of FSL report, it was found that the recovered intoxicated tablets were containing salt of 'Alprazolam', is commercial in nature as per quantity, i.e., 113 grams.
