The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.3 to decide his representation dated 13.11.2024.

On 15.12.2025, the following order was passed:- "Counsel for the petitioner submits that although a complaint given by him, was disposed of vide Annexure P1 and it has been found that there is no encroachment, but a perusal of proceedings dated 22.11.2023, Annexure P-8, of Gram Panchayat, Billochpur, show that land of Gram Panchayat has been encroached upon.
Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the official respondents.
State counsel requests for deferment to get instructions and file an affidavit."

As per resolution dated 22.11.2023 of Gram Panchayat, the matter was referred to Girdawal Halqa/Local Commissioner who vide Annexure P-10 prepared demarcation report. The parties were granted opportunity to file objection.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Ms. Upma, DDPO, Palwal, submits that jurisdictional Sub-Divisional Magistrate is enquiring the matter and an appropriate order would be passed within six months from today.
