This petition under Section(s) 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 101 dated 16.10.2025 for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 109, 336(2), 336(3), 338 and 61(2) of 'the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023' and 61 of 'the Punjab Excise Act, 1914', lodged in Police Station Sanaur, District Patiala, Punjab. 2.
Vide order dated 15.12.2025 the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer. 3.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance with above mentioned order, dated 15.12.2025, the petitioner has already joined investigation and therefore, the order dated 15.12.2025 be DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2026.02.24 13:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In response to above mentioned contention, the learned State Counsel has submitted that in compliance with the order dated 15.12.2025, the petitioner has joined investigation, and that the custody of petitioner is no longer required for further investigation of present case. 5.
Heard.

In view of above-mentioned observation, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required the present petition is hereby allowed and the order dated 15.12.2025, whereby interim anticipatory bail was accorded to the petitioner, is hereby made absolute. 7.
The pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
