The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS seeking issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to transfer the investigation/inquiry concerning the complaints and all connected complaints filed by respondent Nos. 6 to 9 against Amrit Singh Sohal from the Superintendent of Police (Detection), Khanna, to a competent and impartial SP-rank officer of a different district or range for conducting a fair and objective inquiry.
