Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of the FIR No.161 dated 08.10.2025 under Section 125, 351(2), 190, 191(3) of BNS and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, Police Station Rajasansi, District Amritsar, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 14.11.2025 (P-2), effected between the parties.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, despite the case being called twice.

Seemingly, the petitioners are not interested to pursue with the present petition. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
