However, since the matter relating to the appointment of Lambardar of Village Madhopur, Tehsil Jalandhar-2, District Jalandhar, has been pending for more than six years, the learned Collector, Jalandhar, is directed to make an earnest endeavour to decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the parties before him, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. 6.1 The parties are directed to appear either personally or through their respective counsel(s) before the learned Collector, Jalandhar, on 29.01.2026 or any other date as may be fixed by the learned Collector. 7.
