(Oral) The present petition has been filed raising challenge to the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa, whereby, the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs. 10,000/- per month to the respondent-wife from the date of the order along with Rs. 5,500/- towards litigation expenses, while continuing interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month for the pendente lite period. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.
