The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-24516-2024, whereby direction was issued to the respondent-Joint Development Commissioner-cum-Commissioner, Punjab, to finally dispose of the appeals filed by the private respondents in the writ petition.

In compliance of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-24516-2024, learned counsel for the respondent contends that appeals have been decided vide order dated 10.12.2025.
